I think all Provincial Park areas presently used as Provincial Parks should be maintained as public space when taken over by the Town.

I would visit Wasaga Beach again if the piping plovers on the protected beach area were saved. Bird-watching is a good tourist attraction.

I am highly against converting the protected birding area to a public beach by clearing the strand and raking the dunes smooth. Birds matter

A little concert hall would be nice. Something like Koerner hall in Toronto. Classical music, etc. Bring some culture to the city.

Find local fitness leaders to do public beach classes on a big padded outdoor platform (like at a playground) right infront of the beach.

Leave the nesting site for the Piping Plovers and the Point in it’s natural state with a physical barrier like a boardwalk to mark the area.

High end recreational gym club with pool, spa and steam rooms, place to work for remote workers, to meet friends have coffee and eat
