Keep the natural beach natural and do not reduce or groom/rake protected areas. Plants, driftwood, and plovers belong on Wasaga Beach

Have unique, small business owner types of offerings or lesser knowns. Pastry/bread/coffee. Allow Marriott to open dining facing the water.

Proper motorsports. Be it Karting, Oval, anything. Not cheesy public karting. Lets get motorsports back into Wasaga... = Huge revenue drive

A little concert hall would be nice. Something like Koerner hall in Toronto. Classical music, etc. Bring some culture to the city.

Nightlife, a huge revenue builder. Let's get some fun places like Banana's on the strip. We need that vital lifeline. Multiple bars to hop.

A waterpark with attached accommadations will have people come and spend in the winter as well as summer, before collingwood builds one!

Wasaga needs an indoor waterpark near the beach area, donate the land to entice a waterpark operator to construct a waterpark, eg wolf lodge

There should be an area with a Pier built into the water, so everyone including disabled people can enjoy feeling like they are in the Bay.

You're not planning a resort! People live &work, raise families, care for seniors, support wildlife protection. It's not Disneyland!

A long paved trail that is maintained and kept clean for all year access. Ideally located where the shore is in view but protected from sand

Save the dunes by not letting people walk all over it - create a lookout on top and plant some more grasses etc ontop where people walk

Revive the old drive-in!

Find local fitness leaders to do public beach classes on a big padded outdoor platform (like at a playground) right infront of the beach.

Leave the nesting site for the Piping Plovers and the Point in it’s natural state with a physical barrier like a boardwalk to mark the area.

High end recreational gym club with pool, spa and steam rooms, place to work for remote workers, to meet friends have coffee and eat

The abandoned amphitheater in Beach Area 2 could be revitalized and used for summer theatre festivals, productions, and music concerts!

Please consider traffic. Wasaga's density is getting too congested for local roads to handle. Too long to get from one end to the other

If Wasaga takes over Beach 1, please keep the boat launch and improve it. The other launch is too difficult/small to get to in the summer

Add an extension to the Main St bridge as a lookout/photo op? Lookouts on the bridge/beach/river/dunes could be mapped as an activity.
